Reader unhappy with AT&T bills

Dear Editor:

For one of the first times I agree with Jerry Cunningham. AT&T is a monopoly, just like Wal-Mart. I’m a retired (not much money person) and you would not believe the charges on my AT&T phone bill - ridiculous charges for services I never have or never will use. And, every month these charges increase unless I buy a walkie-talkie, I don’t know what to do.
